Before Booking transport with BestBus Azerbaijan- read the Terms and Conditions Carefully! If you have any further questions, please contact us. Terms And Conditions1. General1.1 The purchase/payment of any travel services offered by BestBus Azerbaijan constitutes a contractual arrangement between the Traveler (“you”) and BestBus Azerbaijan , and represents your acceptance of the BestBus Azerbaijan Terms & Conditions. You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking. As the lead traveler, you accept, and confirm you have authority and consent to accept, these BestBus Azerbaijan Terms & Conditions for yourself and all members of your traveling party. 1.2 Terms & Conditions are accurate at time of printing and are subject to change prior to booking. You are advised to check on the websites or request the latest version of the Terms & Conditions from your Travel Agent orBestBus Azerbaijan prior to booking your vacation. 1.3 You are responsible for verifying everything on your booking is accurate and complete, including dates of travel, options selected and other options. BestBus Azerbaijan cannot be responsible for any kind of misunderstanding and not providing service if all the details are not correct in your booking. 1.4 The Company is entitled to unilaterally change these T&C any time, without any prior notice. Each change made (with a respective date) is published on the Website. It is Your responsibility to visit the Website from time to time in order to check T&C amendments and/or additions. The new T&C will have legal force and will be applicable to the relations and responsibilities that have arisen before publishing it on the Website. 2. Visas and Passports2.1 It is your responsibility to verify all visa and passport requirements necessary for your vacation. You are responsible for obtaining independently and paying for all visas and entry documents, for meeting all health and other requirements, and for any documents required by the laws, regulations, orders, and/or requirements. BestBus Azerbaijan cannot accept liability for any passenger refused entry into Azerbaijan due to failure of the passenger to carry correct documentation or adhere to specific entry and exit requirements. 3. Bookings and Payments3.1 The Customer shall pay to BestBus Azerbaijan on demand all costs, fees, taxes etc as invoiced by BestBus Azerbaijan to the Customer in respect of any Arrangement Services and any Travel Services in accordance with the payment terms set out in such invoice or otherwise agreed by BestBus Azerbaijan. 4. Cancellations(By The Customer) and Refunds4.1 You may cancel your booking by notifying the BestBus Azerbaijan agent in written form. Cancellation fees, if any, will be determined with reference to the date on which notice of cancellation is received by the Tour Operator and are expressed as a percentage of the total price paid for the canceled Tour, product or service. 4.2 Customer is responsible to notify BestBus Azerbaijan about the cancellation of services provided by the tour operator. If BestBus Azerbaijan will not receive any kind of cancellation notification, cancellation fee policy will be used. 4.3 BestBus Azerbaijan is not offering any refunds for 10-20% prepayment costs for the bookings. 10-20% prepayments are non-refundable. 4.4 BestBus Azerbaijan has a cancellation fee policy and cancellation fee is non-refundable. Please find cancellation fees noted below. 5. Cancellations(By The Contractor) and Refunds5.1 BestBus Azerbaijan has a right to cancel the booking if the company has technical problems with the vehicles, driver’s health problems, other force majeure related issues. In this case, the Company will contact the client and discuss every possible option to find the best solution. 5.2 In case of booking cancellation from BestBus Azerbaijan , it will contact the client as soon as possible and will let them know about the situation right away. 5.3 In case of booking cancellation from BestBus Azerbaijan , Guests will get a full or partial refund of the already paid amount. (Including prepayment costs) 6. TRAVEL INSURANCE6.1 BestBus Azerbaijan not provide travel insurance therefore the client must obtain travel insurance from their home country with the minimum recommended medical, evacuation, and repatriation coverage covering all applicable dates of any travel with BestBus Azerbaijan and this insurance must cover personal injury and emergency medical expenses. It is strongly recommended that clients also extend their coverage to include cancellation and all other expenses that might arise as a result of loss, damage, injury, delay or inconvenience occurring to the client. The cost of the trip does not include any insurance coverage for the client! 7. MARKETING MATERIALS7.1 The client agrees that while participating in any BestBus Azerbaijan tour, images, photos or videos may be taken by other clients and/or BestBus Azerbaijan representatives or Driver that may contain or feature the client in part or in whole. The client acknowledges that they consent to any such images, photos and videos being taken and grants a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license to BestBus Azerbaijan, its affiliates and assigns, to reproduce for any purpose whatsoever (including marketing and promotions), in any medium whatsoever, whether currently known or hereinafter devised, without any further obligation to the client or compensation payable to the client. 8. RISKE 8.1 The client acknowledges that the nature of our tour products is adventurous and may involve a significant amount of risk to clients’ health and/or safety. There are dangers inherent to adventure travel generally and the client acknowledges they have considered such risks to health and safety and are willing to assume it to the full extent legally possible, by confirming their booking of this tour. The client hereby assumes all such risk and does hereby release BestBus Azerbaijan from all claims and causes of action arising from any losses, damages or injuries or death resulting from these risks inherent in travel, including adventure travel specifically, visiting wild and remote areas, and participating in adventurous activities such as those included in the tour itineraries. 8.2 The Company is not responsible for any of Your items left, lost, damaged or destructed in the vehicles and in the sites during Transportation Services. 9. FORCE MAJEURE 9.1 BestBus Azerbaijan assumes no liability for any loss, damage, or entry of any nature in whole or in part resulting from an Act of God or any other force majeure condition, including, without limitation: fire, volcanic eruption, environmental pollution or contamination, inclement weather, earthquake, low or high water levels, flood, water or power shortages or failures, tropical storms or hurricanes, riots or civil commissions or disturbances, and any other acts of a similar nature, sabotage, arrests, strikes or labor disruptions, restraint of rulers or peoples, expropriations, acts of terrorism, war, insurrection, quarantine restrictions, government health advisories, or warnings or alerts of any kind of nature, government seizures, refusal or cancellation or suspension or delay of any government authority or any license, permit or authorization, damages to its facilities or the travel supplier and its facilities, or any other unforeseen circumstances or any other factors unforeseen by BestBus Azerbaijan that impacts negatively on, or hampers, its ability to fulfill any of its contractual conditions. In the event that any of these conditions apply, BestBus Azerbaijan shall be excused, discharged, and released from performance to the extent such performance is so limited or prevented, without liability of any kind. | ||||||||||||||||
